The 'Uranium Mining Company's' martian refineries lay like some petrified monster...
A uranium mine owner owns a mining plant on Mars but has tapped out all the uranium on that planet. When he finds out that Venus is rich in Uranium, he decides to mine it from that planet and then teleport it to his mining plant on Mars. The problem is, the removal of uranium from Venus causes its mass to decrease while adding all that uranium to Mars causes its mass to increase. This causes the two planets to leave their respective orbits and ultimately crash into the Earth destroying it.

My name is Doctor Donald Purcell!
Some archaeologists are conducting a dig and discovered what they believe is the first complete fossilized skeleton of a Tyrannosaurus Rex. What puzzles them is the discovery of a human skull with those remains. It turns out one of their fellow archaeologists took a break from digging to visit a nearby friend who had invented a time machine. The two had tested it by going back into the prehistoric age and he got eaten by a Tyrannosaurus Rex. The same one that they were excavating!

Mr. Halley's Comet

The head of a TV studio is looking for a big gimmick to air on his stations. Since its 1987, it was time for Halley's Comet to pass Earth's orbit. He decides to send crews out into space with cameras to film the comet approaching Earth for the first time in 70 years and broadcast it live. The problem is, a commercial has run too long on the station and they missed it.

The Green Thing!

Outside the barn, the first grey streaks of dawn...
A spaceship crashes near a farm and a green slime like object comes out and approaches the farmer, his son, and a farmhand. It enters the body of a dog causing it to turn green. When the dog attacks the son, the farmer has no choice but to shoot it. This causes the lifeform to enter a mare and the same thing occurs. When the alien realizes that the green colouring gives it away, it makes the family colorblind. Not knowing which one of the family has been infected, the son uses a red filter on his camera and photographs them. This exposes the daughter as the host.
