Synopsis: Tony and John stake out a suspected distribution point for illegal chicken meat. When Tony and John sample the illegal meals, Tony learns that one of the cooks is a serial killer. The killer throws a cleaver at John's face and then cuts his own throat rather than allow Tony to arrest him. Due to the odd circumstances in which Tony comes up with the evidence, the police department wants to fire him, but Mason Savoy announces that Tony has been recruited and hired by the F.D.A.

Synopsis: For his first case with the F.D.A., Tony samples and identifies the finger of Evan Pepper, a missing health inspector. While investigating the missing inspector, Tony encounters Amelia Mintz -- and falls instantly in love. The investigation takes Tony and Mason to a sushi restaurant. Tony tries to make inquiries, but Yakuza thugs attack, only to be quickly put down by Mason.

Synopsis: Director Applebee assigns Tony to fire Amelia Mintz. At the newspaper, a radical group tries to take over the paper to have their manifesto published. Tony stands up to the radicals, but Amelia saves the day by reciting her criticism from the morning paper -- causing the radicals to become violently ill. Tony is head-over-heels in love with Amelia, but she seems to have disappeared.

Synopsis: Tony and Mason investigate the death of a U.S. senator. The senator died with undigested chicken in his stomach. He was also over NASA funding. Following this lead, Tony and Mason take a trip to a telescope in the Arctic Circle, but when they get there, a Russian-speaking saboteur attacks and blows up installation. Tony and Mason just barely escape with their lives.

Synopsis: Tony and Mason track down a group of chicken smugglers. Mason saves Tony from getting shot, but takes a bullet in his arm. Tony ends up with blood from the perpetrator and Mason all over him -- giving him his usual impressions. Overnight, Tony realizes that Mason killed Evan Pepper. When Tony confronts Mason, Mason defends himself by tearing off Tony's ear -- with his teeth. Mason escapes.
