Disclose Notes: Behind the "Darkhold Envelope" black parchment paper that wraps around the entire book, there is front cover artwork with a UPC box. Instead of a barcode in the UPC box, the Australian edition has a B&W image of Ghost Rider’s flaming skull. Because of this error, Marvel adhered a barcode sticker onto the back of the parchment paper cover with a barcode number of "071486019299 11."
