Notes:
After acquiring copies of massive amounts of artwork for defunct publishers American Comics Group (ACG) and Charlton, Canadian Roger Broughton published reprints and occasional new work under a number of company names, like A-Plus Comics in 1990-1991, but mostly Avalon Communications. The company, despite announcing plans to restart a line of new material under the Charlton brand, suddenly ceased publishing in 2003.
