When IPC sold its comics division to Robert Maxwell and Fleetway Publications in 1987, responsibility for producing these reprints was transferred to S.Q.P. Inc., which continued using the Quality label for a time before switching to the Fleetway Quality label.   Does this data need corrections? Become an editor.
