Thetis breaks off her relationship with Minthe, "until things have had a chance to settle." Later, Hades asks Minthe to meet with him.

The incensed Minthe spews invective, revealing that she had informed on Persephone and Demeter. Taking revenge for her mother, the enraged Persephone transforms Minthe into a plant.
