Notes: This issue was printed in 2 runs of 2,000. The first run had a first page portrait of Captain Jolly in Wizard Robes. The 2nd run had a page with an open area for the artists to sign. All 2,000 copies were signed. Then these books were split again and 1,000 signed issues were mixed with the other 2,000 and heat sealed in comic size bags, each with a random card from a holo/prism six card set that was created to go with the comic. The other signed 1,000 were stamped and numbered in silver as a "collector's addition" (yes, the printer spelled "edition" wrong) and were sold with the complete 6 card set.
Per publisher David C*J Bunn, the front and back covers were created by shooting the finished inks, doing a tad bit of editing, shooting them to animation cels, then painting them in reverse like a cartoon cel, with cartoon colors.
