Synopsis: After rescuing Ted Kord, Booster and the gathered Blue Beetles head into the timestream. There, they encounter Extant and Parallax, and in fleeing from that battle the time sphere is damaged so they must land in the 25th century and the Time Museum on the very day Booster throws a game to help his father pay his gambling debts. The group steals the Time Museum's time sphere and all the Blue Beetles return to their own times, Dan Garrett and Jaime Reyes retaining no memory of this adventure. When Booster and Ted return to the present, however, they find a world over-run with O.M.A.C.s.

Synopsis: Booster and Beetle return to a present-day overun with O.M.A.C.s and seek refuge in the old JLI embassy in London, where Catherine Colbert gets them up to speed on the situation before becoming an O.M.A.C. and turning on the duo. But the underground shows up to save them in the form of Hawkman and Green Arrow. In the far-distant past, the Blue Beetle from the 27th century, now called the Black Beetle, retrieves Booster's father and takes him to a meeting of the Time Stealers at Vanishing Point.

Synopsis: Having faded from the timeline he created when he saved Ted Kord, Booster Gold finds himself in the far future. There he briefly meets Peter Platinum -- who models himself after Booster -- before Rip, Daniel, and Rose return him to the present. Angry at Rip, Booster heads to Las Vegas where he fights the Royal Flush Gang before being summoned to a meeting with Batman, who reveals he knows that Booster is only playing the fool and encourages him. Buoyed, Booster returns to Rip's lab and a very welcome surprise. Meanwhile, someone has entered Kord Industries and found Blue Beetle's bug.
